Delivery Options

Driver Service

The driver will bring your order to your premises – no offloading service. Suitably and able persons will need to be readily available at the premises to offload your order.

One-man Service for small and medium items (max 5 pieces)

With the One-man service, a suitably able person will need to be available at the premises to assist the driver with the offloading of your order. Standard worktops weigh between 43 and 48kgs pm² (Max – 2m x 600mm – weight 58kgs), so due care must be taken when offloading any goods.

Two-person Service for small and medium items (max 5 pieces)

Our team of two will take care of the heavy lifting for you and offload your goods. (Max – 2m x 600mm – weight 58kgs)

Full Service for large to extra large loads

Sit back and relax, our delivery team will take the load off your shoulders.

Please note:

Our delivery service will offload your goods at the nearest ground floor access point of the building only.
Our team cannot carry the stone for further than 10 meters from point of offload and go up or down stairs.
Clear access must be possible

Clear access is defined as access that does not risk damage to the products being offloaded, the customer’s home or possessions, or threaten the health and safety of our delivery team or anyone else present. Our delivery team will appraise each delivery on a case-by-case basis and may suggest an alternative delivery point in line with this guidance.
